- All terms below shall apply to all tenants and our rental services.
- All rental reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The lessee must hold a valid Hong Kong identity card, be at least 18 years old and a valid business registration certificate.
- All supplies must be rented for at least 1 day. (Applicable to the goods picked up/returned by the lessee) If the company needs to deliver the goods, the starting period is 3 days.
- Please refer to the instruction manual or the company’s usage suggestions for the use of the rental items. If the lessee causes any damage due to improper use or improper storage, or loses the rental items (part or all) during the rental period, the lessee shall be liable for compensation. and all related expenses, etc. (Customers can inquire with the staff of the company about the compensation for damage or loss before leasing.)
- The rental items provided by the company adopt the reservation system, but if the company encounters force majeure factors or other reasons, the company cannot provide the items originally reserved (for example: natural disasters, weather, or other factors cause the former lessee to return overdue or the items are damaged) , the failure is too late to repair, etc.), the company will inform the lessee in advance, and try to replace the items of the same specification or style for the lessee to use. The lessee may also choose not to lease and the amount paid will be fully refunded.
- If the lessee needs to return the lease after the deadline, the lessee must notify the company in advance so as to coordinate the subsequent lease term.All items are subject to overdue rental fees and associated administrative fees.
- The lessee is required to present a valid Hong Kong identity card for registration when picking up the items. Rental items are also subject to a deposit prior to collection. After confirming the identity of the tenant and the deposit, the company will deliver the rental items.
- The lessee or the lessee company must first assess the risks for transportation, storage, operation and other matters. Any endangering the safety of themselves and third parties, the surrounding environment and items should also be assessed. After the company delivers the rental items, the above matters are related to the company. It doesn’t matter. And the company will not have any connection with other third-party companies or figures.
- The leased goods provided by the company, technical and maintenance personnel will not provide related field services, the lessee should be informed. If the lessee needs the field service of the company’s technical and maintenance personnel, the company can provide paid services. The charging standard is HK$1200/hour (including transportation fees) within the urban area, and the minimum is 3 hours.
- The rental items provided by the company have been rigorously tested and reviewed. If the rental items are unfortunately malfunctioning, the company will fully assist in the repair, but the lessee or the lessee company cannot claim or claim compensation from the company for this reason. And the company will not have any connection with other third-party companies or figures.
- The lessee shall have all items ready for return by the scheduled time.
- The lessee shall collect and inspect the goods on the spot when receiving the goods. If it is found that the function is abnormal or the appearance is damaged, it should be notified on the spot.
- All rental items are owned by the company, and the lessee shall not arbitrarily sub-lease, dismantle, replace parts and software, or use them for criminal or dishonest purposes. If verified, the company reserves the right to cancel this order and reserves all legal rights to sue in the future.
- During the lease period, the lessee shall notify the company immediately when it finds that the leased product is malfunctioning or damaged in appearance due to improper use. After the company’s judgment and confirmation, the lessee needs to pay the repair cost of the compensation product to the company.
- The lessee shall keep the goods clean and tidy when leasing the company’s goods. If it cannot be restored in a short time or used by the next group of lessees when it is returned, the original lessee will need to pay additional cleaning fees.
- When returning the rented items, both parties should check the details of the items together and take photos for archiving. The deposit will be refunded within two weeks after the technician has verified the damage.
- All pictures provided by the company on the Internet are for reference only. Due to the possibility that the company may optimize or modify the product, there may be discrepancies between the actual product and the picture.
- The provision of personal data is purely voluntary. However, if you fail to provide the relevant information, we may be unable to process your appointment and contact you. Purpose of collecting personal data: The personal data you provide will be used to process your appointments, future contacts and promotional activities.
